Shipping & delivery

Every order is genuine Italian leather, dispatched from the supplier in Italy to your door in New Zealand. Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Shipping is a flat NZ$43 on every order.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. You will see the estimate for your address before you pay.

Costs

Shipping is free on orders over NZ$750 (the value of the items, before shipping). Below that it is one flat rate of NZ$43 per order, whatever you buy and wherever you are — no surprise freight at checkout. Any duties applicable to your order are accounted for so there are no surprises at the border, and no GST is charged — an order shipped to New Zealand is an export sale.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way you will receive tracking details by email. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will help.
