Italian Leather Laptop Bags
Leather bags built around a laptop rather than fitted with a pocket for one. Each has a padded compartment sized for a 13 to 16 inch machine, many in the full-grain vegetable-tanned hide Tuscany Leather works in Florence — so the bag ages while the laptop inside it stays protected.
29 pieces in this range, 29 in stock now, from NZ$21 — genuine Tuscany Leather, delivered across New Zealand in 5 to 8 business days.
For a more formal room, the leather briefcases carry the same machine over a structured base. To take the weight on both shoulders, see the leather backpacks, and the leather work bags gather the whole office range.
Frequently asked questions
What size laptop do these bags take?
The range is built around 13 to 16 inch machines, which covers most current laptops. Every product page lists the internal dimensions in centimetres, so the safest check is to measure your own laptop and compare rather than relying on the stated inch size.
Is the laptop compartment padded?
Yes, the styles on this page carry a dedicated padded compartment rather than an open slot. Each product page describes the interior so you can see what separates the machine from the rest of what you carry.
Is a leather laptop bag good for a daily commute?
It is, and full-grain vegetable-tanned leather is the right hide for it: it softens with handling and develops a patina instead of wearing through. If you walk or cycle, a shoulder or messenger style leaves your hands free; the leather backpacks spread the weight further for a longer commute.
