Returns & warranty

Every piece is genuine Italian leather, made to order through Tuscany Leather. For this reason we accept returns only where there is a manufacturing defect, or where the wrong product has been delivered. We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

This applies especially to personalised items. Once a monogram has been applied the piece is unique to you and cannot be resold, so it can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind, and the monogram itself can’t be altered or removed afterwards. Please check your spelling and chosen font carefully before ordering. This doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a personalised item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items on delivery

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or the wrong product is delivered, please let us know within 24–48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused and still have its tag attached.

We'll ask for a few photos so we can review the issue. Once it's confirmed, we'll arrange collection and a replacement at our cost — there's nothing for you to pay.

Faults that appear later & warranty

If a problem appears later while you're using your piece, send us photos and we'll help work out whether it's a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear. Please note the warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover wear and tear.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we'll cover the repair, including return and re-shipping costs, or arrange a local repair where that's possible.

Genuine leather also develops character over time — softening, a deeper patina and small natural marks are part of the material, not a fault.
